Dennis has more than two decades of experience supervising financial services sales personnel and managing transactions and legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and contract negotiation and preparation. He has advised clients in areas including financial analysis and risk management. Dennis works with new clients, reviewing and updating their policies and procedures manuals and other compliance-related documentation.
