Derek Guizado is a member of the Real Estate practice group in Buchalter’s Orange County office.  His practice focuses on representing clients in acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate.  Mr. Guizado regularly represents developers and investors in all types of real estate deals, including multifamily, office, industrial, and retail spaces.
