He also participated in a wide range of lending and finance transactions, single and syndicated lending, debt restructuring, bonds issuing, leveraged and acquisition financing in the context of domestic and cross-border transactions both on buyer and target sides, real property financing and takeover bid financing on both lender and borrower sides, public offer in Italy of structured notes issued by a foreign financial institution and placed in Italy by an Italian distributor, exchange tender offer transactions and dealings with different jurisdictions.

He has honed his expertise and gained extensive experience in the Corporate & Investment Banking legal department of UniCredit Group, assisting the bank in all the principal financing transactions it has carried out in recent years.

He graduated in Law from the University “Federico II” of Naples.

He is a member of the Italian Bar.

He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
