Ekaterina advises clients on full range of employment and migration issues. Ekaterina is particularly strong at resolving complex dismissal cases, including in mediation procedures, as well as handling various issues concerning privacy and data protection at the workplaces (including ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements, e-mail monitoring issues, handling employee social media activity, etc.) and various employee mobility issues (including simultaneous employment in different jurisdictions, international employee transfers, etc.). Ekaterina also has expertise in contentious issues such as discrimination, whistle blowing, etc. Ekaterina also provides support with various employment and migration issues in connection with establishment and management of businesses in Russia, including in the course of M&A transactions, provides her support in the course of legal due diligence.

Ekaterina regularly participates in different conferences, provides client trainings and contributes to various articles and employment law publications.
