Elaine is experienced in all aspects of property related transactions with particular experience in investment, development and landlord and tenant work and in dealing with the property aspects of PFI/PPP projects.  She advises a diverse range of clients from major institutional investors, global banks, leading development and investment companies in Europe and local investment / development companies to private individuals who are investors, landlords and tenants.
