Elisabeth Moskric is counsel in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Capital Markets group. Her preferred areas of practice include banking, finance, corporate and commercial law. Another focus of Elisabeth Moskric is real estate law, where she regularly advises international clients regarding all aspects of acquisition and sale as well as financing and refinancing of Swiss real estate.

Born in 1973, Elisabeth Moskric was educated at Zurich University (lic. iur. 1999, Dr. iur. 2003). She published a doctoral thesis on the subject of the lombard loan. She has working experience as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. D. Zobl at Zurich University and as a law clerk at the District Court of Hinwil/ZH as well as a secondee in the legal department of a major Swiss private bank.

Elisabeth Moskric speaks German, English and French. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
