Ellen Presley Proctor has a diverse general litigation practice, with a focus on representing healthcare industry clients in medical malpractice, pharmaceutical, and medical device litigation in state and federal courts and in national MDLs.

A significant portion of her practice is also dedicated to the representation of manufacturers in a variety of products liability litigation.

Ellen is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee. She received her J.D. from Columbia University where she was a Harlan Fiske scholar. She also holds a B.A. (summa cum laude) from Vanderbilt University.
