Emerson focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution. He has a background in petroleum engineering and experience with hydraulic fracturing technology, enhanced oil recovery methods, and petroleum industry chemical processes. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Emerson received his J.D. from The University of Montana Alexander Blewett III School of Law.
