Emma advises clients on contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental matters. She has significant experience in the negotiation of planning and other legal agreements, planning appeals to the Scottish Ministers, environmental assessment, roads law, legal challenges to the Court of Session, diligence, planning procedure, consenting processes and general planning-related matters. Emma has particular experience in energy-related projects including renewable energy projects developments, and also deals with housing and retail matters.
