Enyonam represents clients in connection with the financing of residential and commercial mortgage loans, mortgage-backed securities, mortgage servicing rights and other portfolios.

She represents lenders, borrowers, underwriters, and issuers in a variety of structured finance and securitization transactions. Enyonam consistently provides high quality client service in a timely manner.

On pro bono basis, Enyonam represents individuals seeking to be appointed as guardians of their incapacitated relatives and institutions seeking to be appointed as public guardians.

Prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth, Enyonam clerked for Richmond Circuit Court Judges Gregory Rupe and Phillip Hairston.

Relevant Experience

  • Represents servicers and lenders in connection with the acquisition of servicing rights portfolios and the execution of servicer advance financing facilities
  • Represents financial institutions in mortgage repurchase facilities and asset-backed securitizations
  • Represents issuers and underwriters in securitization transactions
  • Serves as legal advisor to Ginnie Mae in connection with its Multiclass Securities Program
  • Represents Ginnie Mae in connection with its Mortgage-Backed Securities Program
