Profile

Erin Saltaformaggio is a partner in the Jackson, Mississippi office, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. Her litigation experience includes commercial disputes, health and life insurance disputes, fraud and bad-faith actions, unfair competition, and trade secret cases. Erin has significant experience in healthcare litigation, including the defense of private correctional healthcare providers in Section 1983 civil rights suits. She also has represented clients in investigations before the Mississippi Securities Division.

Erin is a member of Bradley’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and serves as practice group leader for the Insurance team.

In addition to her law practice, Erin remains active in local bar associations and community organizations. Most recently, Erin completed a three-year term serving on the Women in the Profession Committee for the Mississippi Bar. In 2018, she completed the Mississippi Bar’s Leadership Forum, which accepts no more than 20 lawyers each year to its program and seeks to serve the legal profession by equipping participants with the vision, knowledge, and skills necessary to serve as leaders in their profession and local communities. Erin is also actively involved with the Junior League of Jackson. Erin previously served as an adjunct professor of Legal Writing at Mississippi College School of Law.
