Erin Scott is a member of the Real Estate practice group in the Firm’s Scottsdale office. She represents a wide range of clients, including landlords, real estate investment trusts and lenders. Erin’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, specifically commercial leasing and financing. Her leasing experience includes drafting and reviewing leases, lease assignment and assumption agreements, renewals, subleases, and landlord consents. She has experience conducting due diligence for real estate transactions and reviewing complex title matters.
