Assisting of industrial and financial players in notifying their merger operations to the Competition Authority and the European Commission.
Assistance to companies in relation to State aid, particularly in the context of proceedings initiated by the European Commission.
Assistance to businesses in “follow-on” compensation litigation cases before the Commercial Courts, following infringement decisions for anti-competitive practices.
Assistance to major players in different industrial sectors in proceedings brought by the DGCCRF [French Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Prevention of Fraud] in the field of consumer law.
