Partner of Carey and co-head of the firm's Labor and Corporate Immigration Group. Her practice focuses on labor and corporate immigration law. She advises national and multinational companies on matters such as hiring and termination of employees, HR policies and procedures, employee benefit plans, subcontracting and outsourcing, consulting contracts and non-competition agreements, employment matters in restructurings, M&As, labor due diligence processes and labor audits, internal investigations, treatment of expatriates, and processing of work permits and visas.
