Frank represents individual and corporate clients in a wide range of litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels. His experience is broad and includes matters involving shareholder derivative suits, commercial real estate, mortgage-backed securities, bankruptcy and distressed assets, business divorce, and other complex commercial matters. In addition to his litigation work, Frank has performed several internal investigations and has advised clients in instituting internal compliance controls.

Frank is deeply committed to community service. In the summer of 2011, he served as the Alan V. Lowenstein Fellow at Essex-Newark Legal Services, representing low-income individuals in landlord-tenant disputes both in court and in administrative proceedings. He also served as a staff member in the Lowenstein Center for the Public Interest for one year, and continues to devote a significant portion of his time every year to a range of pro bono matters.

Frank previously worked as a law clerk at a New Jersey firm. Prior to beginning his law career, Frank was Vice President/Business Agent at the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local B in Denver and a sports writer for the Sentinel and Transcript newspapers in Golden, Colorado.
