Frankie Spero focuses his litigation practice in the areas of complex business, commercial, real estate, and banking litigation, representing clients in state and federal courts in Tennessee and other states across the country. He represents corporate, healthcare, and business clients in disputes involving contracts, shareholder and LLC member disputes, purchase agreements, UCC sale of goods, vendor/services agreements, and business torts.

He has handled a myriad of real estate litigation matters for clients, including cases involving real estate purchase agreements, warranty deed covenants, easements, mechanic’s liens, title insurance coverage, condominium master deeds, nuisance, and premises liability.

His transportation practice focuses on commercial litigation involving cargo damage (Carmack Amendment) and freight charge disputes; negotiating and drafting transportation agreements on behalf of business and manufacturing clients, freight brokers, and motor carriers; and advising clients on transportation and logistics issues.
