Gabi Mailula is a Senior Associate in ENSafrica's corporate commercial department.

She has acted for clients in a variety of industries including private equity, capital markets, renewable energy and agriculture.  Gabi specialises in M&A and related regulatory and legal framework including the Companies Act.

Gabi’s experience includes rendering advise in both listed and private equity transactions including agriculture M&A transactions, renewable energy M&A transactions and cross border M&A transactions. Gabi’s drafting and negotiation expertise extend to sale of shares agreements, sale of business agreements, intra-group restructuring, shareholders agreement, memorandum of incorporation, option agreements and other M&A related and ancillary documents.  Gabi further has extensive experience in leading and managing large scale due diligence investigations and transactions from initial deal scoping, due diligence investigation and reporting, drafting, commenting, negotiating and settling definitive agreements, attending to and co-ordinating signing, assisting with the fulfilment of conditions precedent, attending to closing and post-closing matters.
