With a decade of experience in the legal profession, Gabriela specializes in Public Law, Public Procurement & Regulation and Energy & Infrastructure. Regarding Public Law, Public Procurement & Regulation, Gabriela has provided advice in governmental affairs, bidding processes, and public procurement and policies. Having been an associate at Ernst & Young for four years before attaining the rank of Manager, she joined BLP as an associate in 2015. Gabriela also worked at the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Costa Rica, as well as at the Office of the General Comptroller of the Republic. After graduating with honors from the Universidad de Costa Rica in 2007, she earned a master’s degree in Tax Law from the Universidad de Castilla in 2009. Gabriela is based in Heredia, Costa Rica.
