Partner of the firm since 2000 and member of the Executive Committee. Focuses on international transactions, tax audits, transfer pricing, and tax planning. Has represented clients in tax litigation at both federal and state levels. Various important court precedents have been created by cases in which he has been involved.

National President of the Tax Committee of the National Association of Business Attorneys. Is an active member of the International Tax Association and the Taxation Section of the Mexican Bar Association.

Has been named by specialized publications as one of the most well-recognized tax lawyers in Mexico.

Currently, is lecturer in tax law in the master's program of the Universidad Panamericana, in Mexico City and Guadalajara.
