Gigi Hoover has worked in the intellectual property field since 2000, assisting attorneys with all aspects ‎of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. She has trained new employees in patent prosecution ‎procedures. Prior to working in intellectual property, she worked at the Internal Revenue Service in ‎Austin, Texas. During her time there, she served as a member of the design team bringing in the new ‎Optical Character Recognition system, which included detailed observations about workflow, extensive testing and training of ‎the system through to rollout.
