Partner since 2003 in the tax practice area of the Mexico office, his practice includesTax Litigation & Planning, Social Security, Foreing Trade, Administrative and Constitutional. Some relevant judicial precedents of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Federal Tribunal of Tax and Administrative Justice have been created by the issues discussed in trials sponsored.

He has appeared in the historic public hearing of the Supreme Court of Justice to present arguments regarding the incostitutionality of the Single Business Tax Rate Act.

Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, International Bar Association, Mexican Bar Association, National Association of Business Lawyers Association, Mexican Institute of Finance Executives and Canadian Chamber of Commerce.

He has participated in interviews on Television and Radio on tax matters. Author of various publications in specialized journals on tax subjects. Former lecturer at La Salle University, Marista University and Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM).

Graduated with honors from La Salle University. He has completed Graduate programs in Tax, Commercial and Administrative Law at the Panamericana University.

Participated in the "Program of Instruction for Lawyers" at the Harvard University. He was a summer associated at Goodwing Procter & Hoar in Boston, Ma., USA.
