Profile

Grant Premo is an experienced advisor for banks, mortgage servicers, student loan servicers, and farm credit agencies on complex litigation and compliance matters. He is known for his expertise in navigating high-risk litigation and guiding clients to comply with important regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Farm Credit Administration Regulations.

Grant’s expansive litigation practice extends nationwide and to a range of areas, including both defending his clients from state and federal claims and prosecuting claims on behalf of his clients. He also helps clients develop best practices for complying with complex state and federal regulations, including devising plans for telephone and text-message communications with consumers to comply with the TCPA, advising on credit reporting practices to comply with the FCRA, and helping clients navigate specialty areas such as Farm Credit Administration regulations and education finance laws.

Grant takes a holistic approach to his matters, seeking to understand his clients’ goals and objectives. He appreciates that every matter is different and requires an individualized approach that accounts for the client’s overall goals. Ultimately, Grant finds that the most rewarding part of practicing law is helping his clients find creative solutions for their problems.
