Gregg Miller is a partner in the real estate practice of Haynes and Boone in the New York office. Gregg's practice encompasses general real estate matters, including real estate finance, and the acquisition and disposition of real property and loans secured by real property.

Gregg has experience in handling complex multi-state financings (including revolving credit facilities), securitized real estate financings, construction loans, loan workouts and restructurings (including pre-packaged bankruptcies) and loan syndications. He has been involved in the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and residential projects.
