Profile

Greg Struxness is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s Portland office and a member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Struxness focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and public company securities matters. He advises public companies on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance and corporate compliance issues, securities exchange regulatory requirements, and other general corporate and securities matters. He has represented issuers in a wide variety of securities transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, shelf offerings, Regulation A offerings and private-public equity offerings. Mr. Struxness also regularly represents public and private companies in a full range of acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, reorganizations and other corporate transactions. Mr. Struxness served with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance, Washington D.C. from 1982 through 1986.

Mr. Struxness has been listed in Best Lawyers in America annually since 2009, where he is recognized for his expertise in Corporate Governance and Corporate Compliance Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions Law, and Securities and Capital Markets Law. He has also been named an Oregon Super Lawyer annually since 2006.
