Grossnie is an associate at Consortium Legal Honduras. With more than 7 years of experience in corporate law, administrative law, real estate law, and tax law. During her career, she has been an auditor and legal advisor for multinational and national companies, such as Gildan, Walmart, Tabacalera Hondurena, British American Tobacco Central America, Mills of Honduras, etc.; has been an active part in legal processes of sale of shares, mergers, dissolutions, transformations, granting of loans, bonds, clothing, and mortgages. Member of the Litigation and Arbitration practice area; member of the legal team in the process of opening Nestle Hondurenas new distribution centre; member of the legal team in the negotiation process for the opening of Cinemark in the City of Ceiba, Honduras; Legal Auditor of Karims Group; Legal auditor for verification of shareholding in various companies of which Larach & Cia is a part; advising AIG on the sale of the Honduran branch to ASSA SEGUROS.
