Harriet is a solicitor in the Employment team at Shepherd and Wedderburn in Scotland, advising clients across all areas of employment law and HR issues. She assists clients with day-to-day HR queries, including drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures, and has experience of disciplinary and grievance investigations. Harriet also supports corporate colleagues in managing business transfers and restructurings and advises on the employment aspects of transactions including due diligence, indemnity and warranty protections and redundancy.
