Profile

Harry Ollinger practices primarily in the areas of commercial finance, bank regulation and real estate. Harry regularly assists banks, financial institutions, investors, real estate developers and individuals in a broad range of commercial lending activities. Harry represents lenders, developers (including non-profit corporations), syndicators and equity investors throughout the southeast in numerous transactions involving low income housing tax credits. Harry has experience with a wide range of secured financing transactions, bank mergers and acquisitions and change of control, letters of credit, taxable variable rate demand revenue bonds, work-out activities, loan participations, and note sales. Prior to joining the firm Harry was a management consultant and assisted in the creation and strategic planning of a number of private companies in a variety of industries. Harry also served as an officer and director of several organizations including the Board of Directors of a Texas state banking institution.
