Hendrik Hugo is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Dispute Resolution department.

He specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on commercial litigation through court and arbitration procedure. He acts for various large national and international corporations in court procedures, international arbitrations, local arbitrations and other dispute resolution proceedings – as well as advising clients in respect thereof.

His experience includes advising and acting on behalf of clients in administrative law, banking law, company law, constitutional law, construction law, contract law, criminal law, mining law, public law and sports law.

He personally appears and argues matters in various lower courts of the Republic of South Africa
