Holly is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's Jersey corporate team. She assists with a range of corporate, banking and finance matters.

Holly also advises on the raising of finance by issuers and the listing of Eurobonds and other securities on The International Stock Exchange (formerly the Channel Islands Securities Exchange), having completed a secondment to The International Stock Exchange.

Holly is also a member of the digital assets team and has recently assisted in the launch of Binance's Jersey exchange platform. 

Holly is an advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey. She was educated at King’s College, London University. Holly joined Carey Olsen in 2013.
