His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. In particular, he advises domestic and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, private equity deals, capital markets, financing transactions, and corporate restructuring. Additionally, he has extensive experience on corporate governance and advising boards of directors, being author to several articles on those matters.
