Profile
Itishree was admitted to the Singapore Bar in May 2010. She is part of our corporate real-estate team and is mainly involved in non-contentious legal work associated with the real estate sector. She has worked on numerous collective sales (residential and mixed developments) since she started practice. In addition, she handles matters involving sale, purchase and financing for residential properties and commercial properties including shop-houses and commercial buildings in Singapore.

Apart from advising on sale and purchase transactions, Itishree is also well-versed with handling residential and commercial leases including leases for hospitals, country-clubs, mixed-use development as well as offices. In the past, she has also acted for JTC on their mandate to simplify their short and long-term lease templates in relation to their portfolio of landed and strata properties into plain-English. She is also part of our projects team and assists in handling housing developers’ sale matters.

Itishree has also in the past acted for a well-known food-court chain in Singapore and handled their licensing and service contracts.
