Ivan is a Senior Associate in the Corporate / Commercial Department. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, privatisations and corporate restructurings where he represents public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, in a variety of domestic and international transactions. He also counsels clients on governance, securities and other general corporate matters. Ivan’s broad experience includes counselling clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, energy, consumer products and services, manufacturing, logistics & transportation services and retail.

Serbia Amends Company Law
