Dave Dresher represents banks, mortgage companies, finance companies and other lenders.

He helps lenders in developing contracts, disclosures and security documents, and advises on permissible interest rates, fees and charges. He assists them with federal and state regulatory issues, including TILA, ECOA, Fair Lending, Licensing and CFPB requirements. He assists mortgage companies structure compliant marketing programs with builders and realtors.

Dave has counseled clients on federal and state-law regulatory and compliance issues affecting mortgage lenders for more than 30 years, including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, Fair Lending, Federal and GSE Appraiser Independence Requirements, Flood Insurance, Licensing, Interest Rates and permissible charges, etc. He assists banks and mortgage companies in implementing compensation plans and agreements for their loan originators for compliance with the new LO Compensation Rule from the CFPB.
