Jack assists clients in identifying, evaluating and managing global privacy and information security risks and compliance issues, including drafting online and offline privacy policies, procedures and notices. He also advises on cybersecurity incident response and preparedness activities and on compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). 

Jack maintains an active pro bono practice and has assisted with a variety of matters, including counseling clients with the New York City Bar Justice Center’s Legal Clinic for the Homeless.

During law school, Jack served as a judicial intern for Justice Robert J. Miller of the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department. Jack is a recipient of New York University School of Law’s Flora S. and Jacob L. Newman Prize for his journal note on digital currencies.
