Jagdeep counsels clients on regulatory and compliance matters across a range of environmental statutes, including the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and more. He is experienced in assisting clients facing litigation and enforcement action, and he has assisted clients in responding to emergency incidents. Jagdeep also has experience in advising clients relating to renewable energy projects.

Jagdeep is a registered professional engineer in the state of Maryland. Prior to law school, he worked as an environmental engineer for more than 10 years, focusing on stormwater management, water distribution system management, and due diligence of projects, including environmental impact assessments.
