Jane is a transactional attorney who collaborates closely with clients to find innovative ways to meet their goals. She has extensive experience counseling clients in a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisition transactions. She also advises on general corporate and financing matters, including representation of banks and borrowers in syndicated loan transactions.
