Jane’s practice focuses on advising private equity firms, private investment funds and public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured credit transactions, corporate structuring and governance, venture capital investments and general corporate matters.
During law school, Jane served as a clerk with the US Attorney’s Office in the White Collar Crime Division.
