Jason Palmer is an intellectual property attorney who focuses primarily on matters related to the protection and infringement of copyrights and trademarks and media and entertainment litigation. His practice also encompasses a diverse selection of other litigation matters, including breach of non-competition agreements, closely held corporate disputes, litigation under the Federal Arbitration Act, healthcare, torts and real property. Jason has experience representing entertainment companies, non-profit corporations, and banking institutions in state and federal court.

Jason graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was senior managing editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. He also earned a B.A. in Government and a minor in Mathematics from the College of William and Mary.
