Jason represents domestic and foreign insurers in complex coverage matters. His practice focuses on general, professional, and management liability coverage disputes involving underlying exposures faced by architects and engineers, directors and officers, lawyers, financial institutions, mutual and real estate funds, insurance companies, and other public and private entities. In addition to providing insurers strategic coverage counseling and serving as monitoring counsel, Jason litigates ensuing disputes in state and federal courts nationwide, at both the trial and appellate levels.
