Highly responsive and results-focused solutions

Jason Curry partners with clients to meet all their debt-related needs. He focuses primarily on distressed debt solutions, including workouts and restructurings, bankruptcy reorganizations, creditor’s rights litigation and appeals. Jason also represents lenders and borrowers in non-distress commercial loan transactions, with an emphasis on real estate loans. He has extensive experience representing:

  • Institutional lenders and commercial debtors in implementing workout and restructuring solutions.
  • Financial institutions and borrowers in documenting and closing real estate and commercial loan transactions.
  • Secured creditors and commercial debtors in navigating and achieving bankruptcy-related goals.

Jason is highly responsive to his clients’ needs. He has the unique capability to represent his clients in the full life cycle of a loan, from initial documentation and funding to all aspects of the distress loan sequence. His legal approaches and solutions are always aligned with a client’s business purposes, and he focuses on delivering insightful, cost-effective solutions. 

Jason is a former assistant United States attorney, where he represented the U.S. in a variety of defensive litigations, including medical malpractice, torts, bankruptcy, water law and Administrative Procedure Act appeals.
