Profile
Jean Paul Pinto specializes in Tax Law with emphasis on consulting and tax procedures.
He provides tax advisory services to national and foreign companies from different economic sectors. He advises clients in control and claim procedures before the Tax Authority, as well as appeals before the Tax Court.
He has been assistant professor in the Law of Obligations, Civil Liability and Sociology of Law courses at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. He has been a member of the executive board of THEMIS, Law Review. He is a researcher on issues of Law and new technologies by Centro de Investigacion, Capacitacion y Asesoria Juridica (CICAJ) of PUCP.
