Profile

Jeffrey LaGueux is a corporate attorney with more than 20 years of experience in a wide variety of business transactions. His practice covers all aspects of the formation, operation, disposition and acquisition of businesses, including purchase and sale transactions, debt and equity financings and employment and non-compete agreements. He also has an active practice representing investors and issuers in the field of investment limited partnerships and LLCs. Mr. LaGueux joined Patterson Belknap in 1987 and became a partner in 1994.
