Jenna’s practice focuses on project finance and acquisition transactions within the power generation sector of the energy industry.
As a member of the energy and infrastructure team, Jenna assists clients in structuring and closing transactions surrounding the development, financing, acquisition and disposition of domestic and international conventional and renewable energy facilities and technology.
Jenna maintains an active pro bono practice through the firm’s partnership with Kids In Need of Defense (KIND) and Sanctuary For Families, New York.
