A member of the firm’s Corporate Department, Jenna works with established and emerging companies in their formation, financing, and intellectual property matters.

In her law school’s Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic, Jenna worked with clients on trademark and patent cases. She also interned with the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, Intellectual Property Section, where she assisted in drafting briefs and motions and conducting legal research on issues pertaining to copyright infringement, patent claim drafting, and government contracts. In addition, Jenna assisted Professor Marah McCleod in conducting research for her publication, The Death Penalty as Incapacitation, 104 Va. L. Rev. 1123 (2018).

Jenna received her undergraduate degree in biology with a chemistry minor, and served as a research assistant to a professor in cell biology.
