Money never sleeps, perhaps to keep up with Jennifer, who answers 5AM emails almost immediately. Naturally, she heads the Banking & Finance, Corporate Real Estate, and Regulatory, Compliance & Crisis Management practices, and co-heads the Private Wealth & Trust Advisory desk. Jennifer's clients include banks, financial institutions, multinational corporates and high net-worth individuals. They value her for how she embraces every transactional brief and makes their problems her own.

Even more remarkable than Jennifer's ability to function in two timezones is her ability to be at two places at once, driving out to feed her kids at lunch, while remaining dedicated and thorough with all her clients. Now that her kids have grown, she applies her motherly instincts to young associates at TSMP, splitting that with time spent volunteering at Boys Town and IC2 PrepHouse, both deserving children's charities.

Mixed-Use Developments: Boon or Bane?
TSMP Law Corporation, April 2020

Integrated projects are pointing to the future of land use in increasingly crowded Singapore, but will they become white elephants as technology brings us (virtually) closer together than before? As an Alpha+ world city, Singapore sits alongside commercial powerhouses like Beijing, Paris and Sydney as one of the world’s most globalised cities...

Reading the Tea Leaves for 2020
TSMP Law Corporation, January 2020

Oh what a year it has been. 2019 has been a rollercoaster ride: Trump accelerates and then suddenly slams on the brakes on his tit-for-tat trade war with China. Hong Kong, hitherto the paradigm of pragmatism, lies smouldering as months of pro-democracy protests see no end. A Swedish girl (celebrating her 17th birthday just last Friday) becomes the unlikely face of environmentalism, shaming Boomers for doing nothing about climate change in front of the UN...

Death of a Residential Property Market
TSMP Law Corporation, August 2018

Cooling measures in the form of increased ABSD and tighter LTV limits may be frosting the recent recovery in our property market. Friday July 6:After a few years of drought in the residential property market, the heavens opened a few months back and rained en bloc sales, to the excitement of a market that had been turning frigid from inactivity...
