Jennifer Oswald is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Seattle office, and a member of the litigation practice group. Ms. Oswald focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial litigation and construction disputes as well as aspects of cannabis law. With more than 10 years of litigation experience, Ms. Oswald has successfully represented clients in court as well as at mediation and arbitration.

Ms. Oswald’s legal experience also includes working with an anti-human trafficking organization in India and in Ghana to obtain protections for survivors and prosecute trafficking cases. She taught a CLE through the WSBA, World Peace Through Law Section regarding her experience in India.
