Profile

I have directly investigated or supervised investigations before the Crime and Corruption Commission Queensland, allegations involving senior executives and a range of other complex issues including workplace misconduct, discrimination, bullying and harassment and work safety incidents. In all investigations I strive to provide a timely comprehensive and legally defensible report.

As an experienced employment lawyer, I advise on a wide range of issues including termination of employment, contract drafting, redundancy and employee entitlements. My advice aims to be technically excellent but also practical and timely, with a clear focus on the client's business objectives.
