Jerri focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Jerri held Director-level positions in telecommunications and technology companies, ranging in size from the Fortune 50 to a true tech startup. This prior experience puts Jerri in a position to understand the unique challenges that her clients face in hiring, sales compensation, and scalability in complex, high-growth environments.

Jerri’s practice includes employment law matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, ADA defense for public accommodations and website accessibility, workplace violence restraining orders, Labor Commissioner hearings and DFEH complaints. Jerri also conducts traditional labor negotiations for private sector, public sector and non-profit clients, and develops customized, on-site trainings for clients on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion. In addition to her work in labor and employment, Jerri’s pro bono practice is focused on helping survivors of domestic violence, juvenile delinquency, and school expulsion proceedings.
