Profile
Jessica Rodriguez is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Practice. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis in real estate and finance related litigation. Ms. Rodriguez represents lenders and servicers (including national banking associations and HUD- and Fannie Mae-approved lenders) in workouts and bankruptcy, as well as lender liability disputes, construction disputes and creditor's rights issues.
