Jürgen Kittel is a partner at DORDA and joined the firm in 2006. His work includes cross-border M&A transactions focusing on sophisticated (and often hostile) takeovers, public M&A transactions (including public takeovers and squeeze-outs of minority shareholders), and private equity transactions. He is known for advising European and US clients on in-bound transactions in structured sales/bidding processes and negotiated transactions.
Jürgen is admitted to the New York Bar as well as the Austrian Bar.
He is a lecturer at the University of Vienna and an author of several publications.
